Which of the Islands in the Bahamas is the safest for travel?

Debi, crime can be bad IF you don't take precautions. be sensible, play it safe and it lowers teh likelihood you'll be a victim. I took this from our Bahamas safety tips, which you can read here: http://www.worldnomads.com/travel-safety/the-bahamas/ crime tends to happen most in Nassau's "Over The Hill" neighbourhoods, a place where tourists have no business going. The Freeport section of Grand Bahama also attracts its fair share of crime. The outer Family or Out Islands, such as Bimini and Abaco, of the Bahamas have far less crime than New Providence. about 5 years ago

What is the best (safe and cheap) way to get from CDG Airport to Paris City Centre?

Paris Charles de Gaulle Train: The SNCF main line is called “Aeroport Charles de Gaulle 2” and can be found between terminals 2C-2D and 2E-2F. The Regional RER Line is close to terminals 1 and 3 and it runs to and from “Aeroport Charles de Gaulle 1”. This is the fastest way to reach the city centre from the airport. Bus and Coach: Cars Air France Line 2 travels between the centre of Paris and almost all terminals at the airport. Roissybus runs between the opera station and all airport terminals (Excluding terminal 2G). Cars Air France Line 4 takes visitors to Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse and all airport terminals besides 2G and 3. I have read that kidnapping and human trafficking is rampant is argentina. Is this true and how can I keep safe as a solo female traveller?

True, it is a major source of this new type of slavery. However, the victims are not usually relatively wealthy foreigners. The victims are almost always poor and with no means to protect themselves.... or any alternative... from impoverished regions of Argentina or poor areas of neighbouring countries. Generally you have nothing much to worry about. over 5 years ago

Is Manila a safe place to be travel to?

The popular tourist spots are pretty safe, but if you want to go exploring the city off the beaten path, get some advice from a local. It's pretty easy to cross to the "wrong side of the tracks" in Manila. Check out our other advice: http://www.worldnomads.com/travel-safety/philippines/ over 5 years ago

    Is Tunisia safe to travel

It's a bit sketchy at the moment. There've been a few terrorism incidents targeting tourists. Some foreign governments are advising to reconsider your travel to Tunisia. If you go you'll need to be pretty alert to your safety. And check travel insurance policy wording carefully, make sure you're covered. If you're British you may not be covered because of a Foreign Office warning advising against all but essential travel. Aussies and Kiwis should be covered as long as the travel warnings aren't raised. Difficult to be exact with my answer, because it depends on where you're going, what you intend to do.... and if the bad guys are feeling like another attack. Be careful. Weigh up the options very carefully. over 5 years ago
