What is the best & most affordable way to get from Berlin to Prague?

You can take a bus and it'll take you about 5 hours and cost ya about $50 US. The only thing is the bus station is a bit out of the ways so if you took a train it would cost a bit more but you'd be in the city centre. Try almost 10 years ago

Trying to plan a trip in May for three people to Ireland. Hoping to stay a few nights in Dublin, Galway. Any ideas to help save $...?

Hostels are definitely the way to go. Every hostel I've stayed at in Ireland (a lot) have been clean, relatively cheap, and had a great location. Try or and have a look through each hostel's reviews. If you're up for an adventure I'd give couchsurfing a go as well. There are tons of open couches in Ireland and the people are so friendly here. just make sure you properly screen each profile and only stay with members that have hosted before and have references. Couchsurfing is free and lots of the time your host will show you around the city...but if you're interested in doing your own thing you're better off with a hostel. For Dublin I'd recommend the Four Courts Hostel. It's about 16.50 Euro a night but you can also get private rooms for groups of 2 or 3. They've got great reviews, they're clean, the staff is friendly, and better yet, you're right in the city centre! Bring your own towel with you because most hostels in Ireland will charge you to rent one. Cork is a great city for shopping and Blarney is about a 20 min bus ride from the city centre bus station (Blarney Castle and grounds and the Blarney Stone which if kissed gives you the gift of the gab). Try out the Belvedere Lodge for a more B and B experience. It's a bit of a walk from the city centre but relatively close to the train station. Galway is by far my favorite Irish city. Located along the seaside this city has the feel of a close knit town and has theeeee best night life! Try out Garvey's Pub in Eyre Square and make sure you get a day tour out to the Connemara region. Stay at the Woodquay hostel in the city centre..they've a kitchen, tons or rooms, and offer pamphlets for tours to the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands. The train in Ireland is ridiculously expensive so I'd recommend taking the bus can get cheap fares from city to city (as low as 5 Euro) and it doesn't take much longer. Booking online will also be cheaper than buying them at the station but you MUST print off your booking reference or else they won't let ya on the bus. Hope this helped! almost 10 years ago

Looking for suggestions for great 6 week road/river/sea trip around British Columbia

Definitely hit up Vancouver Island. Victoria is such a funky city. Next head on over to Tofino for some surfing. On your way stop in Port Renfrew for some hiking. A great place to stay in Port Renfrew is Big Fish Lodge. Hope this helped a bit! almost 10 years ago
