As popular as this place is now, I will always love Bill's Ricotta Hotcakes with Honeycomb Butter. Add bacon if you want to be super indulgent! Bills Surry Hills - 359 Crown Street Sydney I also love the Ricotta Hotcakes with Strawberries, Ricotta Cheese, Passionfruit and Lemon Curd from Baffi & Mo. Options for a short break (3-4 days) from Dubai?

Hey - while staying in Dubai, I went to Oman for a long weekend and it was the perfect short break. Only an hour’s flight from Abu Dhabi and you're in total paradise! I’m not sure what kind of things you like to do on short breaks, but Oman was the first place I went scuba diving and it was incredible! Also, there were so many beautiful restaurants to choose from and you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful (and completely empty) sandy beaches. If partying is your thing then I’d probably give it a miss, but if you like turtles, dune exploring and trekking at any scale then I highly recommend it. Hope this helps Kate over 8 years ago

What are the best summer music festivals in Europe?

I went to Glastonbury in 2008 and was blown away. Hire a van, take a sleeping bag and an extra pair of socks and you'll have the time of your life! I arrived in the UK 2 days prior and realised Black Mountain were playing so nothing was stopping me from getting there! Highly recommended. Another 2 I'd love to check out if (and when :) I get the chance - Roskilde Festival, Denmark and Melt in Germany. over 8 years ago

Where are the best Vietnamese restaurants in Sydney?

I went to Xage last week and thought it would good. Not really authentic, it was more of a modern take - but the salads were delicious! http://www.xage.com.au/ The most authentic I have ever found is in Marrickville just as you come out of the train station. I cant remember the name of it, so id head towards the one over flowing with people. over 7 years ago

Where can I get a good dim sim in Sydney?

The best dumplings in Sydney (in my opinion) are found at Chinese Noodle Restaurant in Chinatown. We went there yesterday and ordered a dozen steamed pork dumplings, a dozen fried pork and chive dumplings, a huge plate of handmade beef noodles and amazing special braised eggplant all for under $50! You miss the excitement of the "Yum Cha" trolleys rushing past you, but you wont care once you taste these dumplings! Chinese Noodle Restaurant 8 Quay Street Sydney NSW 2000 over 6 years ago
