I love the teriyaki salmon udon at Kansai and go there almost daily for lunch! They also do good quality sashimi, but their gyoza is terrible. Kansai - 7 Hunter Street, Sydney about 7 years ago

Can someone please suggest a hiking route in Nepal, for 4-5 days, below 4500 m, easy to medium level, beautiful, no need for camping. Thks

The Annapurna Introductory sounds like it fits what you're after. The route begins in Phedi then goes through Dhampus, Landruck, Chomrong and through the beautiful rhododendron & bamboo forests then to Tadapani, Ghorepani, Poon Hill and then finishes in Naya Pul where you can get a bus to Pokhara. I took it pretty easy and this route took me 5 days - absolutely beautiful!
