Want to drive from Vancouver in August to Calgary which way would be best and what is there to see along the way?
Agreed, Lisa has great advice. Kamloops is a small place with most entertainment going on down by the Thompson River - music in the park every night through August. The drive is very pretty up through Salmon Arm and if you get chance to stop off and cool down, do so at Canoe Beach - water is so warm and great to swim in! Agree with Lisa for the rest of the trip.
