Queensland is a big place! You would need to do some research on what area you will be in and then find out what farms are in that area. almost 7 years ago
I would recommend the Crowne Plaza Adelaide, it is located in Hindmarsh Square so a great city location close to everything, good walking distance to sights, shopping, restaurants etc. I stayed there on a business trip last year and found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. http://www.crowneplazaadelaide.com.au/ over 7 years ago
I'll be in Australia this Aug. We'll visit Sydney, Gold Coast & Melbourne. What to do in Sydney, Gold Coast & Melbourne in August?
In Melbourne I would suggest catching the ferry across Hobsons Bay over to Williamstown. A friend of mine took me over there a few years ago when I visited Melbourne and we had a great day out. You can take a walk around the point in the heritage park and the botanic gardens then enjoy fish n chips. It's kinda cold in Sydney in August so I also suggest you bring some warm clothes! If you are looking for some indoors fun I recommend The Star http://www.star.com.au/ you can have a play in the casino, go shopping and there are a few amazing restaurants in there too. It's close to Darling Harbour so if you want to be outside you can take a walk around down there also. Hope you have fun! over 7 years ago
