Should a first time visitor stay downtown for easy access to most attractions as well as safety and convenience ?

If money is not an issue definitely. There is so much to do in the city. Near North Michigan Ave or State Street areas are great. There would be lots in walking distance or a short cab ride. over 7 years ago
