Am spending 3 days in Bangkok, and then leaving from Phuket 9 days later... Where to go & how to get there?

There are a range of travel options ranging from airplane to buses, trains, taxis. An airplane ticket will cost you 3000 to 4000 Bahts per person. Buses cost 500 to 1000 Bahts per person depending on whether it is a First or a Second Class Bus. As far as Taxis go you since it is a 500 km ride it will probably cost more than 2000 to 3000 Bahts. The train costs 750 Bahts for a second class Sleeper Cabin. over 6 years ago

    Hiking in Thailand

Chiang Mai has quiet a few Hiking Trails that you can take. While most of the guided tours that you will find yourself being offered are a few days long, there are those which last day long as well. Doi Inthanon is the main hiking destination and offers a variety of trails, its hard to describe each one of those here and you are best to decide that when you get to Chiang Mai. over 6 years ago
