What documents do I need for Canadian Children crossing boarder by land then flying round trip from the US.
Coming from the Buffalo area I deal with this a lot, last year they made it mandatory for anyone crossing the boarder to have passports. If everyone has passports I don't think travel letters are necessary but to make sure contact the US boarder control, you can find the number online. The hardest part will be getting into the US, getting back into Canada shouldn't be a problem! I've also found that depending on the bridge they can be more lax or aggressive. Peace bridge would probably be easiest way to get the the airport but I feel as if they are more easy going at the rainbow bridge! When in doubt I would call the individual bridges and ask their opinion. Hope this helps and safe travels! over 8 years ago
Da Michele by far! After living in Naples area for 3 months I've tried several. You really can't go wrong strolling down "pizza street" in the old center (by the aqueduct museum- also a GREAT museum). Be warned as some pizzerias don't open until 8pm on weekdays! over 7 years ago
Hoping to spend 3 weeks on the Amalfi coast in Sept 2014 with our 11 year old daughter. Any suggestions for where to stay and day trips?
I just got back from studying in the town of Castellammare di Stabia for three months and can tell you that there are SEVERAL things to do! Using the Circumvesuviana, the local train that runs from Napoli to Sorrento is efficient- be aware of pick picketers! Napoli is nice for history, pizza, and a central place for transportation. Sorrento is a wonderful town but if its out of your price range stay in towns like Castellammare and take the circumvesuviana to your destination! Climb to the top of mount Vesuvius, takes about 3 hours- take train to Ercolano Scavi- 10 euros! Capri is beautiful, the island of ischia has a natural park with hot springs to relax in all day, the island of Procida was my favorite with no tourists and beautiful beaches! Ravello, Positino, Salerno, Almafi- all worth wild but a day trip will do! Let me know if you need any cheap, fun ideas! As a college kid who lived there for a couple of months I'm chock full of them! Enjoy! over 7 years ago
