I am coming to Sydney airport in the morning and want to go to Auckland. Any recommendation about airline tickets?
I usually fly Jetstar when travelling between Sydney and New Zealand simply because they offer very low fares. Whoever you decide to book with it is best to purchase the tickets in advance so you don't get hit with inflated prices. over 7 years ago

In tokyo for 10 days, looking for exciting things to see/do? Maybe a good day trip out of the city too would be nice also:) any suggestions?
10 days is quite a while to spend in Tokyo. There is a lot to do there but I'd definitely recommend taking 1 or 2 day trips while you're there. I too a train to Nikko which is a couple of hours north of Tokyo. There you will find endless shrines and some beautiful walks around the town. Okunikko National Park is about 20 minutes out of the town and has some spectacular waterfalls. over 7 years ago

Where can I get the best coffee in the CBD?
I love The Cupping Room on Murray street, they make a mean cup of coffee and the atmosphere is great too. about 9 years ago

It's possible to visit Kyoto by foot?
I tried this on my first day in Kyoto, and while it is easy to get around, it takes a long time to travel between sights. If your just exploring the inner city then it's probably fine, but if you want to see the temples and shrines around the city then I would recommend hiring a bike for the day. Just make sure you have a good map handy as a lot of the streets don't have names. about 9 years ago

Is Tokyo and osaka a good holiday destination for my 6 year old son? :)
Tokyo and Osaka are will probably very overwhelming for a 6 year old, and a huge culture shock. I'd recommend going to a less crowded place such as Kyoto or Nara, which are both easily accessible from Osaka if you want to do a day trip. about 9 years ago
