I agree with Border Cafe and Bartleys. You cannot go wrong with either! about 8 years ago

Need suggestion for great dinner spot in North End ... any suggestions?

Taranta is an awesome, fairly new place. Delicious food, though slightly on the pricey side, but not unmanageable. Mostly all organic food and drinks. While they have great desserts there, go to mikes pastry after for a good canoli. It's a Boston institution. If you want something just as good, but less crowded, go to Modern pastry just down the street. about 8 years ago

I'm going to Philippines alone. How can I find travel partners?

The thing I learned traveling by myself was not to be shy. People are friendlier than you give them credit for. Talking to people in cafes/bars I've made amazing friends. Also, one of my best friends in Krakow, I met on tripping.com. She was unable to host me, but we went out for coffee/drinks and have been friends ever since! about 8 years ago

Looking for inexpensive but clean hotel in Boston.

If you don't want to go the hostel route you can always look into the courtyard Marriotts scattered around. One being right next to Copley sq and others being a bit further out of the city. They tend to be the smaller in the marriott chain, but clean and not ridiculously expensive like some of the bigger hotels in the middle of the city. There's also a nice bed and breakfast not so far from Fenway on a back street, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name. about 8 years ago

Will be visiting Krakow, Poland soon; need recommendation for restaurants and must see sites

Also try the milk bars around town for some cheap traditional food. It's served cafeteria style and often only in polish. In kazimierz, I agree with love krove for burgers, delicious! Also Kuchnia u Doroty near/on midowa ul. Has amazing traditional food for an inexpensive rate. about 8 years ago

    Best night spots in Budapest?

My favorite place was a bar/club called Instant. Really cool art work, three floors: the first two are laud back and have couches every where, the basement level has bands playing about 8 years ago
