I'm a very anxious flyer, I get bad ear aches and they cause migraines. Although it pains me to stay awake, I love watching the takeoff and landing to get a sense of the city. But to sleep I have to take meds. In Canada I get a sealed container with a doctors note only allowed two pills. One before one up there, sleep the whole way. over 8 years ago

Canada is known for it's winter, but that adds to the fun. Try ice skating, or skiing or snowboarding or hockey. If snows not your thing go to Victoria, they don't really have winter, it just rains and it is truly one of the most beautiful cities in the world sitting right on the ocean. over 8 years ago
