I have traveled even before I learned to walk. I think I will meet my end on an airplane... I love traveling.
Can anyone recommend a good place to stay--as well as things to go see and do--on a weekend in Dallas?
Every time I have guests visiting Dallas and looking to hit a great spa, I take them to King Spa (www.kingspa.com). Hotels are reasonable, hotels.com is headquartered here, so you will find good deals through said portal. I can recommend more things to do if you could narrow down what you're in the mood for... (ie: History: visit the JFK Museum at the book repository bldg, etc) about 8 years ago
Try Luna's Restaurante on Harry Hines corner Regal Row. Next to Luna's Tortilla Factory (www.lunastortillas.com). They're an 87 year-old family-owned business that just opened their Mexican restaurant. Ask for Fernando Luna, and tell 'em Jaime Garzaro sent you. Their tamales are quite authentic and delicious. about 8 years ago
