Where can get bubble tea in Hobart?

I remember that vegetarian place in bank arcade doing bubble tea. I haven't had any from there for probably 5 years now, so I'm uncertain if they still do it. The last I remember though, it was quite watery, room temperature and bland, but if they still do it, it's possible they've improved. But as Guy mentioned, Momo is fantastic. Sweet little atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff! over 10 years ago
