Where can I hang out like a local and 'people watch' in Paris? I'm looking for typical Parisian neighbourhoods, shops and eateries. Thanks!
I liked Montmartre and the Left Bank (the Latin Quarter). I have travelled there a couple of times with my children. We all liked both areas to people watch. over 8 years ago
We liked a pension called Hotel Marrignon. Sorry, the spelling may not be correct. It is near (or in) the Left Bank. I am not sure how many French stay there, but we did meet tourists from around the world. If seemed very French to us. If you are interested, contact me and I will find their correct spelling and addresses. It certainly was not American or Americanized. It was also an easy walk to the subway, the Left Bank, Notre Dame, etc. over 8 years ago
Ikea and Mall of the Americas. The zoo was good too. over 8 years ago
