Which one would you recommend Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen?

I agree with Mike, but I generally choose Wengen which I like even better. No cars. over 8 years ago

What are the must see places in Switzerland??

Don't miss the Jungfrau area/Bernese Oberland. Take the train to Interlaken, and then to Laiterbrunnen (stunning views there with waterfalls in the valley and the snow-capped glacier behind), then either take the cig railway up to Wengen (charming car-free town to stay in) or continue up to the top and visit the ice palace, go dog-sledding, etc. Or go to Murren on the other side and go to the Piz Gloria rotating restaurant. Or hike to the waterfalls inside the mountain (forgot the name), or take a gondola to Grindlewald. Or just follow the trails to more gorgeous views. Stunning place all around and loads to do. over 8 years ago

The 10 Best non tourist things to do when in Paris

Go to rue Montorgueil -- it's a market street near Les Halles and the St. Eustache cathedral. All the tourists go to rue Mouffetard and rue de Buci, but Montorgueil is locals. L'Escargot restaurant is famous, but pricey. But don't miss Stohrer Bakery up the street...awesome pastries and croissants...especially love the canele' pastry. They used to make the croissants for the kings--sign out front. over 8 years ago
