I will have 3 days in HK. Which HK foods should I taste during visit? Any recommendations for good restaurants are greatly appreciated.

You must have dim sum and noodles. Great dim sum can be had at: 1) Tim Ho Wan Shop 8, Tai Yuen Mansion Phase 2, 2-20 Kwong Wa Street, Mong Kok Remarks: The dim sum here is cheap and good (the chef was formerly from a three-starred restaurant). Go very early though (start queuing at 8.30am) 2) Fu Sing Shark Fin Restaurant 1F Sunshine Plaza, 353 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai Remarks: Great dim sum, and quite possibly the best char siu (roast pork) in Hong Kong. Noodles can be found all over, but some of my favourites are: 1) Tsim Chai Kee 98 Wellington Street, Central Remarks: The wontons are enormous. 2) Law Fu Kee 140 Des Voeux Road, Central 144 Queen's Road, Central 50 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central Remarks: Lots of branches to choose from. Try the beef brisket noodles or the congee. You can also try some of the baked egg tarts at Tai Cheong Bakery (35 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central) or the milk puddings at Yee Shun Milk Company (506 Lockhart Street, Causeway Bay).
