I want to visit the Algonquin park as a 1-2 day trip. Any suggestions on where to go in the park and where to stay overnight?
If you are looking to hit the backcountry your best bet is to head to Algonquin Outfitters (http://www.algonquinoutfitters.com/) to get local where to go knowledge and gear rentals. If you want to camp in a campground go to http://www.ontarioparks.com/english/algo.html to check campsite availability and if you don't want to camp check out one of these lodges: http://www.bartlettlodge.com/ http://voyageurquest.com/ http://www.wolfdenbunkhouse.com/ over 9 years ago

Where should I stay in Toronto if I am traveling with young children?
If you are downtown, the Delta Chelsea (http://www.deltahotels.com/en/hotels/ontario/delta-chelsea/) has a pool/water slide and kids area. Also has a good "cafeteria" style restaurant for quick and easy meals - like bedtime snacks. over 9 years ago
