How easy is the border crossing from Jordan to Israel?

I'm not sure since I did it years ago. I do know that they don't allow any food or drinks or religious objects (I know of Jewish T'filin used for prayers). Also I know that any group over 4 people must take a local guide, otherwise the police will hound you. about 10 years ago
