Things to do in Las Vegas besides gambling? What are some must sees and dos?

You don't need to gamble just seeing the insides of the casinos, especially Caesars palace and Venetian along with others is amazing. By show tickets at halftix as you can get really great seats at reduced rare on day. Don't get sucked into timeshare tours as a time waster as they badger you until you buy and takes about 4 hrs. Not worth the free tickets unless you there over a week. We love Las Vegas and don't gamble. There's bus that runs up and down strip for cheap all day fare and also goes to outlet shopping malls. Have fun. almost 6 years ago

What is the weather really like in Paris during June?

It's better to go early June. The closer you get to Julu the hotter it gets. Europe is really huimid & muggy in the Summer months. Me I prefer to travel spring or autumn. September is best as it is stuill warm. Enough to swim & you still can get all the summer foods & festivities. over 9 years ago

What's the best reasonably-priced hotel in Paris?

We stayed at a little boutique hotel called the Paris de Rivoli. It was just a small hotel - not 4 star but had own room and shower. It was really cheap and we booked through flight Centre in Sydney. The location was perfect. just around the corner from Notre Dame Cathedral and a short walk to the Louve. We also got our train pass from Sydney through them as well. this gave us 7 days travel. We could also get the city explorer from Notre Dame to which ever sectors we wanted. It was really handy. As Sam said - You don't go to Paris to stay inside. Have a great trip. over 9 years ago

Things to do in Sydney, Brisbane & Noose

If you are in Sydney on a Sunday. You can ride the trains, buses and ferries all day for only $2.50. what I would suggest you do is get up very early. Catch a train to Parramatta, then head to the River cat and travel down the parramatta river and harbour on the rivercat. this will bring you to Circular Quay. walk around the opera house etc. then catch a ferry to Manly - walk to the beach and pacific ocean and have lunch. You must have Aussie fish and chips. then catch the ferry back to circular Quay (City). We did this with relatives at Xmas and they were so surprised we could do all of this for $2.50. Hope you enjoy your day. over 9 years ago
