Must rent a car. Visit Waimea Canyon. Follow the road to the very end for a spectacular view of the Pacific but stop at the various pullouts along the road as their views are great. Bring your camera! There is a big coffee plantation on the way out to Waimea that has a wonderful tasting area. Some 20 coffee variations to taste, all free of charge. over 9 years ago

Where is the best place to see the moorish influence on architecture in Andalusia?
The alcazar in Sevillia is quite lovely. Much smaller than the Alhambra but quiet and less crowded. The gardens and grounds are a great place to spend a couple hours. The site is adjacent to the cathedral which has a moorish tower that was converted by the Christians into a bell tower. You can climb the tower to the top for another view of the alcazar. over 9 years ago

Is Jamaica a good spot to vacation?
There a couple of very nice all-inclusive resorts near Montego Bay, such as Secrets Wild Orchid. It is gated, has a secure beach that keeps out the local "businessmen" and plenty of restaurants on property. Hire a car to take you around the island rather than a cab. If you are a golfer, the White Witch is not to be missed. Spectacular course. over 9 years ago
