Try small bakery on Nowy Swiat (can't remember the name) it's close to the Swietokrzyska Street, near Starbucks. They sell french style bread, have sandwiches, sweets. You can also buy tea/coffee/drinks and sit there (bit small but cosy). over 9 years ago
There will be some problems as not all public buildings or rail stations are equipped with wheelchair access. Sometimes crossing the street may also be a bit difficult. People will help, you won't even need to ask. over 9 years ago
