Yes, it's not a big island, but there is a lot of places to visit! You can to visit turtles beach and to swim with big turtles, you can to surf (South beach, Silver point), or to take a boat and to travel around the island, also you can to visit beautiful wild beaches of East cost or just enjoy the luxury vacations on West cost.
