How to get the best of the great ocean road victoria

The Great Ocean Road is best travelled in fine weather between October and April. Hire a car or better still a motorbike in Melbourne and drive yourself. Camper an is also a good option. Two days with one overnight stay in Warnambool wound be the minimum time to allow. Cheers. Rob C. over 6 years ago

    Driving from Melbourne to Sydney

You can drive the inland route (Hume Hwy) in 10 hours. I have done it many times. It is direct but fairly boring with not many sights to see. Alternatively you can take the coast road (Princess Hwy.). Take 2 or three days and enjoy the lovely coastal scenery and towns along the way. Enjoy Australia. Cheers. over 7 years ago

Where are the best places to go rock climbing in Melbourne?

Mt Arapiles near Natimuk, about 200 kilometres west of Melbourn is renown for many graded climbs. Also there are good indoor venues in Melbourn central and the eastern suburb of Nunnawading. Both venues are run by a company called Hard Rock. Cheers. almost 8 years ago

How bad is the racism against Chinese in Melbourne? And what is the main reason for that?

Melburne is a very multicultural city. As I walk doen the street I see people of many races. particularly asian nationalities. Rednecks and ignorant people can be found occasionally but on the whole you should feel very welcome here. Cheers. almost 8 years ago
