With only a week, what are the must-see spots in the Cotswolds?

I'd recommend Lacock, a small national trust village near chippenham. It's used a great deal in costume dramas like, Robin Hood or Cranford (so none of the houses have TV ariels) There are also Bourton-on-the-Water which has been described as the 'Little Venice' of the Cotswolds. Bath is also high on the list with the Roman Baths, Royal Cresent etc. There is also Blenheim Palace near Woodstock birth place of Sir Winston Churchhill. I'd also recommend a rather unique little pub called the Cross Guns in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. It's over looks a river, railway line and an aquaduct whilst serving an excellent pint of local ale. If you have time there is an ancient stone circle in Avebury, near Marlborough, Wiltshire. You'll find Tithe barns and a host of other things to do here too. about 8 years ago

I need some recommendations on restaurants for dinner that are no more than $75-100 apiece in Paris and London.

My two fav restaurants in London have to be 'St johns' near spitalfeilds market which is modern English in style & and 'Morro' spanish tapas and much more. Both really great food and great value. about 8 years ago

    Prepaid sim card for IPhone.

Great one Lou. I'd also add http://www.virginmobile.com.au to the list too. They use the optus network but generally have better deals. about 8 years ago

Is it possible/easy to get an extend travel visa in China? For about 5 or 6 months?

Well it depends on where you are from, different countries can extend to different times. It also depends on where you are when you want to extend. I extended up to 3 months whilst staying in Shang hai. That was a relatively easy experience. Trying to do it before you go might be different however. This might be helpful: http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm Good luck! about 8 years ago

We need a hotel recommendation in Bali

The hotel is a 10min walk through the monkey forest away from the main nightlife and restaurants in Ubud. The hotel do offer a free shuttle in and out of town both day and night. about 8 years ago
