The best place to live is Sarria or Pedralbes, but they are very expensive. Eixample is good and affordable depending in your budget. over 3 years ago

I lived in Gracia, and you can walk to the center of the city easily as well as having close proximity to Parc Guell. Great little area! over 3 years ago

Gracia is great place, I think one of the best places that can describe Barcelona. If you want to go to the beach you can go by metro or bus, even by bicycle over 3 years ago

Depends on what you like: Gràcia is vibey, like a small village. Born is hip. Sarrià is posh. Eixample is centric and everything is at hand. Ciutat Vella is decadent, medieval, vibey, trashy, charming, dark. Poble Sec has a weird mix of immigrants and catalans. Horta, Poble Nou are middle-working class. over 3 years ago

We stayed in Eixample ( and LOVED it ), would do Gracia on the next visit as it is both charming, less expensive. over 3 years ago
