How safe is it to visit Egypt now after the elections?

If you're sticking to the tourist spots like Giza and Luxor and Sharm el Sheik you should be fine.(Even at the height of the revolution a year ago things remained stable at the Red Sea resorts, and of course it's much improved now). In Cairo avoid Tahrir Square as much as possible (especially at night). Avoid any public gatherings or demonstrations.

Egypt is safe no worries, things are ok as long as you are away from protesters area specially on Fridays, but kindly note that the elections are not done yet (if you mean the presidential not the Parliament). however things are normal now, if you still need help i as a tour operator will be so pleased to plan your trip. please contact me via info@spacetourseg.com 1 day ago
